| 形成原因 | 邮件被收件方拒收，收件方返回退信说明：This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account。 指的是收件账号不存在，邮件投递失败。同时我们通过其他邮箱往该收件账号发送测试邮件，都是返回该退信。 |
| 解决办法/流程 | 建议：
1.请先核实您填写的收件账号是否有误
2.与收件方确认账号是否存在。 3.请使用其他品牌邮箱进行测试发送，核实邮箱是否存在。 如不存在，联系收件方并告知此事，请收件方协助与该系统管理员核实是否为误判。 |
